1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing kugelcard.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Kugelcard is an interactive platform for travel visualization. Our services are currently provided in a Beta capacity.

2. Intellectual Property & Open Source Credits

Kugelcard is a combination of proprietary design and open-source technology.

Proprietary Rights: The Kugelcard name, logo, user interface (UI), and backend logic are the exclusive property of Kugelcard.
Open Source Components: Our interactive 3D globe experience is powered by technology created by Vasco Asturiano. This component is used under the MIT License.

Copyright (c) 2019 Vasco Asturiano. Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of the underlying 3D software to deal in the software without restriction, provided that the copyright notice and this permission notice are included in all copies.

3. User Conduct

Users are responsible for the handles (usernames) they choose and the countries they mark. We reserve the right to remove any account that uses offensive language or attempts to disrupt the integrity of the 3D globe visualization.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

In accordance with the MIT License, the software is provided “AS IS”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Kugelcard and its third-party contributors shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or other liabilities arising from the use of the service.
